After receipt of your order, the goods will be shipped within 2 working days by Swiss Post (B Post, express deliveries possible on request).

We offer free delivery for orders over CHF 100.-. For all other orders, shipping costs of CHF 7.- will be charged. 

Further we ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA

After receipt of the order, it will be shipped within 2 working days by Swiss Post. The delivery time depends on the destination. Further information on delivery times can be found on the Swiss Post website. The shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart after entering the address.

Customs/Duties

Frottee di Mare is a Swiss company and therefore not in the EU. Depending on the country of destination, additional import costs may occur. The customs duties are not included in the delivery costs. Frottee di Mare is not responsible for these additional expenses.

Returns

If, unexpectedly, a product does not correspond to expectations or has defects, it can be returned within 5 working days. The product must be returned unused and with the original care label. After this period the sale is considered irrevocable.

Frottee di Mare is not responsible for any damage caused by the incorrect use of the items purchased. Drawn threads (snags) are not considered a warranty case.

Returns can only be accepted against prior notification to ciao@frotteedimare.ch

All returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer.
