General Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the webshop of Frottee di Mare (hereinafter referred to as FdM)
1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
FdM operates a web shop on its website. The deliveries and services of this webshop are provided exclusively under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted when the goods are ordered.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
All offers made by FdM are non-binding and merely constitute an invitation to the customer to make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods presented in the webshop. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order. FdM's confirmation is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. The webshop is updated regularly. It is possible that an item is no longer available at the time of ordering. In this case, the customer will be informed.
3. prices
The prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) including the legally prescribed value added tax. The shipping costs are not included in the item price and will be charged according to the quantity ordered. Prices are subject to change.

5. shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated by FdM based on weight, size and the place of delivery of the order. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties.
6. delivery
The delivery will be made by Swiss Post within 2 working days after receipt of payment. The risk is transferred to the customer with the dispatch of the goods.
7. delivery times
FdM tries to process the order within one working day without assuming liability. In case of longer delivery times the customer will be informed by e-mail.
8 Retention of ownership
FdM is the owner of the delivered goods until full payment has been received.
9. refusal of acceptance
The costs of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods will be charged to the customer. This does not affect FdM's right to fullfil the purchase agreement.
10. return, complaint, warranty, liability
FdM grants the customer the right to return the delivered goods intact, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 5 working days. If the delivered goods are defective, FdM's warranty is that, after the customer has returned the goods, it will either supply defect-free goods or release the customer from the contract and refund any payments already made by the customer. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer is required to notify FdM in writing immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. Other warranties are excluded. In case of complaints due to defects or wrong delivery, it is mandatory to enclose a copy of the webshop order when returning the goods. The costs of returning the goods are at the customer's expense. Postage paid by the customer will not be refunded. FdM is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the purchased items. Pulled snags are not covered by the warranty.
11 Copyright
The copyrights to all works created by FdM (concepts, sketches, drafts, etc.) belong to FdM. The customer shall not be entitled to make changes to the works in question - in particular to the design or details - without the contractor's consent.
12 Security and Data Protection
Customer data will be treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, will only be used for business purposes and will not be made available to third parties.
13. applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
